Oriental Ribs
This is quite a traditional way to cook pork ribs. You can use this recipe to make succulent ribs without the final barbecue stage however, putting them on the barbecue gives a nice sticky, crispy finish to them.
Sosaties
Sosaties are a traditional South African Barbecue (Braai) dish where chunks of meat are marinated for a few days with fruit, usually apricots. They are then put onto skewers to cook on the braai.
