Paneer is of course a cheese so strictly doesn’t fall into the vegetable category, it is really a dairy product so if you are vegan, replace the paneer with a suitable vegan cheese alternative.
I’ve included it here because it doesn’t really fit into any other category on this site.

Paneer Kebabs
Ingredients
- Paneer cheese
- Red peppers cut into squares
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Paprika
Instructions
- Cut the paneer into cubes about 2.5 cms. Thread onto the skewers along with the red peppers. Brush with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt and a little pepper.
- Cook on the barbecue turning only occasionally. They will probably take about 3 – 4 minutes per side. Once slightly golden, remove and sprinkle with the paprika. Can be served hot or cold.
