There is nothing I like better than to be eating out of doors and breakfast is the perfect way to start the day. This recipe can also be used as a decent vegetarian meal and if you wish you can even leave out the egg. I have included ingredients to make two wraps, simply increase the ingredients to make more.

Pollo Enchilado
The Mexican name for this dish literally means cooked in a red chilli stew. As this is a site for barbecue cooking, I’ve modified the recipe slightly so it makes an excellent barbecue dish. You can play about with the chillies to suit your own level of taste/heat.
Chicken Yakitori Wrap
This is a recipe suggestion that uses chicken yakitori, the recipe for which is available elsewhere on this site.
Feel free to play about with some of the accompanying aments to the chicken and make it your own.
You could also cut the wraps into small bite size pieces and use them as an appetiser.
Chicken Sate
A favourite on the street food markets in the far east.
To fully recreate the street food style, you could thinly slice the chicken and bash it with the side of a cleaver or rolling pin to tenderise it slightly. Feed it onto skewers so that it cooks very quickly.
Street Food Style Chicken
This is a simple version of Satay Chicken that is often served by street food vendors in the far east. It uses our great Satay Sauce recipe
