Summer fruit smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, chopped and frozen
  • 125ml apple juice
  • 50g blackcurrants
  • 5-6 Strawberries
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 2 peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Preparation

Simply pop everything into a smoothie or a food processor and blend until smooth
