Sate Sauce
A simple Satay sauce made with Peanut Butter and Thai Red Curry Paste which is also available on this site.

Coconut Milk

Good Peanut Butter
preferably an oily Peanut Butter

tbs
Red Curry Paste

Light Brown Sugar

Red Wine Vinegar
Instructions
Gently simmer the Coconut milk until reduced by half.
Add the Red Curry Paste and simmer for about 2 minutes and add the rest of the ingredients.
simmer for about 10 minutes until you can see the oils separating out of the sauce. Add a little water if necessary to get the consistency you want.
