An easy to make pork burger

Pork Burgers

You can't get much easier than simply putting all the ingredients in a bowl and mixing it up!

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g minced pork
  • 1 onion finely minced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 large handfull fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp good quality paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Simply place all the ingredients in a bowl and thoroughly mix together. Form into burger patties in a burger press or by hand and leave in the fridge to chill for at least two hours, this will help to keep them together while they cook. A little oil on the grill will help to stop them sticking.Cook on the barbecue, turning regularly until cooked.

Serving suggestion: Bread rolls, salad and your choice of relish.
