Simply place all the ingredients in a bowl and thoroughly mix together. Form into burger patties in a burger press or by hand and leave in the fridge to chill for at least two hours, this will help to keep them together while they cook. A little oil on the grill will help to stop them sticking.Cook on the barbecue, turning regularly until cooked.
