This is an incredibly simple but delicious recipe which will suit all of your guests who like a bit of an oriental flavouring.Although this recipe says four people, just adjust the quantities to suit your numbers.
If your chicken legs and thighs are still in one piece then cut through to separate. Cut the knuckle off the end of the leg.
Cut the tip from the wing and chop the remainder into two pieces. Place all the chicken in a bowl and cover with about ½ tsp of five spice powder per piece. Season to taste and mix well. You can do this in a plastic bag if desired. Marinate for at least an hour.
Cook on a pre-heated barbecue until thoroughly cooked – any juices should be running clear. Serve hot.
