Roasted Sweet Potatoes


  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Olive oil
  1. Simply rub the sweet potatoes all over with the oil, prick here and there with a fork and wrap in aluminium foil.
  2. Place at the edge of the coals and cook for about 30 minutes, turning occasionaly with a long handled pair of tongs.
  3. Serve with a little butter.
