- 1 banana, chopped and frozen
- 125ml apple juice
- 50g blackcurrants
- 5-6 Strawberries
- 1 apple, chopped
- 2 peaches, peeled and chopped
- 4-5 ice cubes
Preparation
Simply pop everything into a smoothie or a food processor and blend until smooth
