- 1 shot tequila
- 1 shot triple sec or cointreau
- 1 shot fresh lime juice
- cracked ice
- salt for decorating the glass
- lime slices for decoration
- Mix the tequila, triplesec or cointreau and lime juice. Add about a hand full of crushed ice per serving and blitz in a food processor. Rub the glass with a piece of lime and dip in the salt to line the rim.
- Decorate with a slice of lime or anything else you fancy and enjoy (preferably in the sun!).
