This is a version of the spicy onions served in Indian restaurants. They are delicious and an ideal accompaniment to any barbecue.

4 - 6 small portions
Ingredients
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 tsp mild chilli powder
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
- 3 tsp mango chutney
- a squeeze of lemon juice
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Simply mix all the ingredients in a bowl and place in the fridge for at least an hour or even overnight to allow the flavours to develop
